  • SOC 2–compliant infrastructure
  • Tiner Financial Coaching adds:
  • Password-protected devices and accounts
  • Encrypted communications and backups
  • Limited internal access to client data

Your information stays confidential and protected at every stage.


5. When We Share Information (Rarely)

We only share your data when:

  • It’s required by law (e.g., court order or legal request)
  • It’s necessary for service delivery (through Bonterra Apricot or similar trusted tools)
  • You give explicit consent to share with another advisor or partner

We do not disclose data for advertising or marketing to third parties.


6. How Long We Keep Your Data

We retain data only as long as necessary to:

  • Provide ongoing coaching
  • Meet legal or business obligations

When it’s no longer needed, your data is securely deleted or anonymized.
